How are you coping with the disease?

Hi everyone, I understand I am not the only one here suffering with this awful disease, and I don't want to be whining, but I'm fed up with the pain and all, and sometimes I just don't know what to do, I just cry even though I know it's stupid.

Maybe you have some tips to deal with pain, something that works for you, or things you do to improve your general state of mind. Cause sometimes it's just hard to accept that there you are, sick and weak, and nothing can really be done.. I would appreciate your thoughts on this. We are here to get and give help.
