Hi, I am really lucky with my team. Everyone is very understanding, including my boss who has somebody in the family also suffering from crohns.
I'm often tired and I sometimes take my days off in the middle of the week to go to doctor's appointment or during crises. It seems like it'll only get worse but I'm hoping for the best.

You are truly very lucky with your colleagues! Mine are not so cool unfortunately. There are some who don't understand what I am going through even if I explain. When I say I'm tired they think I'm just whining for nothing. They think that I ditch work for pleasure. Fortunately my boss is a nice woman and she tries to help me by adapting my hours etc but she will soon retire and I have no idea what kind of person will replace her on her post.
