Hello everyone, how are you doing?
Living with Crohn’s disease can bring along a range of complications, and anaemia or low iron levels is one of the more common challenges. When inflammation affects the intestines, it can interfere with the body’s ability to absorb iron and other essential nutrients, leading to fatigue, weakness, and even dizziness. 🩸
If you struggle with anaemia or low iron levels, how do you manage it? Have you tried iron supplements, dietary changes, or other treatments? Do you have any tips for dealing with the fatigue and other symptoms that come with low iron?
