I suffer with Emphysema I have to take canderstarten at night I also have 3 inhalers salbutamol, series, and I have just been given a new inhaler for to see if it helps you have to put a pill in then breathe deeply till you feel it vibrate then throw away empty capsule ,also I go to rehabilitation excercise but I cant do that so I go to the talking therapie I go Monday and Friday for 20 weeks I am now under the NHS for that Sept 1st u have to go for a high intense ct scan for my lungs I have also been given a ,trinate spray back again as I have had three angina attacks at first they thought it was a heart attack but it wasnt it was low blood flow to my heart and it was angina so I was feeling a bit relieved I did have asthma to start with but because of my radiotherapy it left me with emphysema, so that is why I am taking different meds I am a bit nervous of scan as I just hope and pray that my cancer hasn't spread

Hello everyone,
There are a wide range of treatments available for sufferers of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. These range from pills, inhalers to respiratory machines. PAH has numerous symptoms and side effects, so it will be interesting to see what has worked for some people but not for others.
What treatments have you tried for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)? Which ones did you find the most effective? There are no cures for this condition but we can all share the different treatments that have worked, or not, for us.
