I didn't know about that, but it could be a really good alternative if it really works. I am getting sick of the statins side effects, but I do want to kee my health right so dunno much what to do

Hey guys,
Recently I was reading an article about fish oil and how it could be a good alternatie to statins with less side effects and almost the same results. Is there anyone out there that uses it? What do you think about this proposal?
