I won't start a family because of the as and fibromyalgia because if I am in bad flare ups who looks after my child if the father wasn't around it's no one else's responsibility but mine and also I can't even keep a job for financial side of things I lost my job couple days ago because if my disabilities.

Hey,
I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on starting a family.
Me and my partner are currently at the fertility clinic and undergoing treatment as alongside my Ankylosing Spondylitis I have polycystic ovaries, and I’m not ovulating at all.
Now I’m worried that I’m going through all this to have a baby and they will inherit AS. I know what it’s like and I’m so worried about bringing a child into the world and them having to go through what I have and am going through and that the guilt would eat me up.
I’m also worried about being pregnant with my AS and if I’ll be able to cope as a parent when I have flare ups.
Does anyone have any experience of this whole situation?
Can anyone with AS and children give me some advise?
Has anyone’s child developed it?
Has anyone just decided not to risk it and adopted instead?
Sorry for all the questions because but any info, advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sian
