Rythmodan 100mg Capsules
Rythmodan is used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias as follows:-1. The prevention and treatment of arrhythmias occurring after myocardial infarction.2. Maintenance of normal rhythm following electroconversion eg atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter.3. Persistent ventricular extrasystoles.4. Control of arrhythmias following the use of digitalis or similar glycosides.5. Suppression of arrhythmias during surgical procedures eg cardiac catheterisation.6. The prevention of paraxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.7. Other types of arrhythmias e.g. atrial extrasystoles, Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome.Rythmodan Retard
Properties:
Prevention and control of a wide variety of cardiac arrhythmias, probably by slowing conduction in the his-Purkinje system and by increasing the effective refractory period of the atria and ventricles.Indications:
1. Maintenance of normal rhythm following conversion by parenteral drugs or electroconversion.2. Prevention of arrhythmias after myocardial infarction.3. Treatment of persistent ventricular and atrial extrasystoles, paroxysmal supra ventricular tachycardia, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.4. Suppression of arrhythmias during surgical procedures.5. Control of arrhythmias following the use of digitalis or similar glycosides.Route of administration: Oral
