@Rahul.R
Thanks for tagging me into this discussion. For my mental health I like to get out in nature everyday for a walk, regardless of the weather or walk by the sea when I can.
I write a Grateful list everyday also, just stating some things that I have appreciated like the food I have eaten, the train arriving on time, the smile from a child,etc.
I hope these are of some use.
Regards,
Becky-3

Thank you for sharing . These are absolutely lovely! I think it is important to be grateful for things in life irrespective of how small or big they are. We often take things for granted and a bit of positivity everyday can bring about such a great impact on our lives. Personally for me I love petrichor - which is the earthly smell that is left over after rains.

Hi guys. Been a while since I was on here but felt like reaching out to people who understand.
I've had pretty chronic, full body eczema for 5 years now.
I've tried, what feels like, everything to help but it never fully subsides. I'm about to go onto immuno suppression injections in 4 weeks and I'm putting a lot of hope on those.
My mental health has taken an absolute battering with all this. I struggle to fully enjoy any aspect of my life because I'm always uncomfortable or irritable.
I've undergone therapy to try and stay calmer, spending a long time thinking I'm an aggressive person but I don't think I am. I never used to be, I think if this goes, I'm a good guy, husband and dad. But this is so relentless it hinders me from being my best self.
I just want to cuddle up to my wife and play with my son and can't fully engage in those things with this.
What do others do to keep their heads in a semi decent space? Because I'm losing this.
Thanks for your time.
Dean.
