@Sonyagiles Hello Sonyagiles, thank you for opening this discussion! Let me tag some other members who can share their tips with you.
Good morning everyone, how are you today? Have any of you tried any non-steroidal treatments for your eczema flares? What has worked for you? Can you share any recommendations or advice?

I've been using oilatum in the bath to moisturise the skin, and castor oil on especially dry patches.
Ive found that I might need to use steroid creams initially to get the flare up under control, then use above treatment.
Hope this helps.

I’ve have been giving hydromol and dermol to apply several times a days. I’ve been using oats in a sock in my bath and using the sock as a sponge and massaging it into my skin. The redness of my skin has gone down. I’ve only done this for four days so hopefully it will start to clear up more xx

I have had eczema my whole life and usually flare ups are dealt with with a steroid cream. I've been scratching my hands at night, wearing cotton gloves but they always come off, and have had peeling skin on my hands for a while now and nothing will work. I've also got some patches on my neck, inner arms and a patch above my eye that won't shift! I don't want to be reliant on steroid creams as they thin the skin. Any tips i can try to get out of this cycle?
