sometimes there is not a lot you can do about COPD, basically all you can do is remember to take your medicine whenever you need it, but, I do find that you have to do things so much more slowly, a lot of the time if I'm doing something that gets me out of breath, I start singing to myself, 'slow down you move to fast', it just reminds me i'm not young anymore but it seems to work for me

I have tongue piercings and sometimes I wonder if they cause a little copd. I have 3 of them down the center and breathing is difficult, because of the amount of metal in the mouth. Maybe if you have copd tongue piercings will cure it? Sometimes if you feel sick vomiting makes it better. Like worse makes better, if it's also good and healthy and fun. I'm not saying it's a for sure cure, but tongue piercings are fun so why not try it for copd? I don't know... I notice people with copd have very high tone. My voice deepened from tongue piercings big time. Do people with copd have high toned voices always? Not sure, but maybe tongue piercings are what people with copd always thought was pretty cool or something akin, or along those lines. Maybe copd just misses tongue piercings. But, after I put a chain through my urethra through a forward ampallang I noticed my breathing picked up, a full breath of air just happened everytime. Maybe that's another possibility. Take what I'm saying with a grain of salt but maybe it's worth investigating. It seems like copd isn't the thing to worry about though, like cancer always is, or something worse. So maybe this is just a post to discard.

@jaysawatzki Please what in the world are you on, COPD are lung diseases and I am sure having your tongue pierced will not affect how you breathe
