I go to my go once a month nothing seems to change apart from a 2 month w8 for dermo treat ment I feel lost!

i have had the above for years you just have to live with it. dont eat tomatoes too much red meat & try gluten free food & not too much booze.

I've has psoriasis for over thirty years. After ten years of no improvement, I just used E45 or similar for the last twenty. My missus forced me to go to the GP as she was fed up hoovering the "ready brek" from the carpet. Within two weeks of using "Dovobet" and "Doublebase Gel" it's much improved.

Try epiderm cream. You can get it from Boots or any chemist and you don't need a prescription. If it works then you can go to your GP for a bigger pot. Hope this helps x

It sounds like it might be infected if it's that painfull I've had it for 20 years or more and the first years was the worse I just had to keep going my gp getting different creams and trying them out till found the one that helps me the most which is dovobet gel

iv had psoriasis for about 8 months now has been really painfull and makes me unable to move in the mornings and evenings its has affected the way i live i never want to go out or do nothing!! is there any thing i can claim since im out of work and its hard to live on jsa with psoriasis makes my life hell! plz help
