I think for Dad the most frustrating thing is getting dressed. It's difficult, but not the most difficult task in the day, but it by far the most frustrating for him because of the time it takes I think. Sometimes if we know we have to be someone we'll build in extra time for Dad to get dressed, but I think with the pressure of knowing he needs to be somewhere by a certain time stresses him and it makes it worst. And he, like many men, is often too proud to ask for help, or I think feels ashamed to ask for help from his daughter, so it frustrates him more when I step in. Some days are better than others, so some days he doesn't mind.
We've tried to get him larger things that are easier to get on and zippers rather than buttons, though sometimes he still has trouble with fasthening them. We avoid shoe tying all together with shoes with velcro fastenings or shoes he can just slip on.

@diamond123 I agree, getting dressed can be hard. But for me it is definitely taking my pills in the morning. Why are they so small?! Getting them out of my pill case and picking them up is a nightmare. I always drop them or I have a hard time grabbing them. It's very frustrating.

My Parkinson disease symptoms started at the age of 47. The fingers on my left hand were stiff and were difficult to move. People noticed that my walk was not normal. I was often asked if I was hurt. I noticed nothing different about my walk. It was difficult getting up from a chair and getting out of a car. I was diagnosed a year later ,it was the onset of tremors starting in my right hand that caused my other symptoms to be recognized as Parkinson's.. I am now 59. With the new herbal medicine for Parkinson I purchased from Multivitamincare . org was my only way to get rid of my PD,the herbal formula effectively reversed my condition and alleviated all my symptoms, people are suffering from this Parkinson disease due to lack of information.

Hello,
The symptoms of Parkinson can cause simple, daily tasks to become so much more difficult, from tying your shoelaces to even buttoning your own shirt. What do you find your most difficult daily task? Do you have any tips for working around the symptoms?
