Hello everyone, I am new to the site. I was diagnosed three years ago and it has been a real struggle for me, nontheless I haven't let it beat me, I keep as active as possible and later this year I want to go on a trekking trip with my husband to say Fyou Prkinson you won't beat me

I try to use my excercise bike and go walking whenever I can. Going on nature walks sometimes helps. I good way to de-stress

My Husband had Parkinson's disease and was dealing with shakes, stiffness and balance issues – it was like his body was in rebellion. Meds ( Levodopa ) and therapies were not doing much, so we thought about trying alternative methods as we heard interesting stories about Ayurvedic herbs with this disease. We explored the path and it changed his life with all symptoms totally reversed - Shakes calmed down, stiffness took a hike. My husband is living proof that natural Ayurvedic herbs can be a game-changer in the face of Parkinson's as he is totally cured and fine now. The journey wasn't always smooth, but the results speak for themselves. If anyone out there is facing a similar battle, consider giving Ayurvedic herbs a shot. We got the Ayurvedic herbs which cured him from natural herbs centre . com I recommend Ayurvedic treatment for Parkinson’s disease versus taking the pharmaceutical drugs that only deal with specific symptoms and have damaging side effects to your body.

People living with Parkinson’s disease are told by doctors that they'll gradually lose control of their muscles.
But there are some fitness experts that are telling some of those patients to stand up and take control of their health through excercise.
Have you tried to excercise to regain muscle control? Do you think this can help?
