@Somya.P - it’s very difficult as everyone is different and responds differently to tools used. I’ve found the app carbs & Cals very useful, along with the libre sensor. I try to exercise gently daily, and avoid stressful situations as much as possible. I’ve found meditation apps useful. I hope some of this helps, Diabetes is a tricky one, and what works one day, for me, May not another.

I use a MiniMed 780G with a Guardian 4 sensor which monitor my blood sugar and administer insulin as required - with boluses when I eat.
