Hello Maggie- Mae
I am not sure what sort of Therapy lamp you are asking about. The only lamp I have is an Infra red lamp which i sit under, for 15 minutes when my back goes into a spasm. it does help relieve the spasms to enable me to sleep better. Other than that, I am sorry I have no other experience. My son did have a few sessions of lamp therapy for skin condition and it cured him. Thank God. Hope you will get more information from some one who has had the experience. Good luck.

@nineteen_gale.... Hello there, I should have been clearer, when I say Therapy lamp I mean....
Well being, sunshine, the bright light that replicates the Sun, used for people who have SAD
I have never been very good over the winter months, very sluggish, just want to curl up and sleep most of the day etc
I've looked into the therapy lamp and they say they should help with the way I'm feeling
I just wondered if anyone had used one and their thoughts? 😊

@Maggie-mae Hello,
Thanks for your comment and happy new year. I know a couple of other members have sent me private messages asking for recommendations on light therapy lamps, so if you find one you like, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Has anyone else out there used a light therapy lamp to treat SAD for example?
