Sounds like a flare but keep an eye on it. I have moved a few times and I always feel awful for a good couple of weeks after.

hi just had a real bad week with pain in my left hip and back then the pain switched to my right hip really could cry but just smile and get on with it . I must say i am a volunteer and lead art and craft sessions and this is the first week in four years I missed a day . Feel bad at letting people down but I knew I just could not keep going sending everyone light hugs

Hi Barbara, my name is Mo. I have had Fibro for 27 years but at that time I don't think it had a name and doctors more or less told me I was imagining it. This continued until finally I saw a doctor who diagnosed me with Fibro, in a strange way, I felt relieved. Everybody is different, but for me it has got worse as I have got older. Learning to know what your limits are will help but this did take me a long time to get used to. If I do too much on a good day, I pay for it for a couple of days after. I sometimes find that I'm either very hot or cold and suffer constantly with brain fog. Unfortunately I cannot make plans to go out or have guests come, as I don't know how I'm going to be on any given day, which is a bit frustrating. For most people it's a case of them not understanding as they either, haven't heard of it, or they don't know how bad the pain can be. Please don't worry about the future, just take each day as it comes and you will be fine. It's also knowing when to give in to it and not pushing yourself otherwise the flare up can last longer. Take care Mo x
