i haven't received a letter from NHS, i registered on the Government site and should have had an email within 2/3 days that was over a week ago!!!!!!
i am not allowed to leave my property but luckily i have a garden so am kept busy in the fresh air, so i am taking things easy not doing to much all at once i have rests in between because of my Osteoporosis, Arthritis, CKD and COPD. i am in constant pain but keep going as there are some people who are so much worse than me.
keep well and safe to everyone

@QUince
Hi same here I’ve filled the government form in 3 times now and all I’ve had back is a priority place for online shopping, which I am grateful for but it’s the letter I need for work, I have to keep phoning the doctor which I hate doing knowing how busy they are. I have copd and asthma and it’s making it worse as it’s causing anxiety. I’m fed up of waiting for a text and the postman . It’s like there’s a whole bunch of us slipped through the net !

The first thing i suggest would be to talk to your doctor.You dont have to go in to the surgery.It can be done over the phone.I got a text message first whilst i was in work.I just went home.Each individual has different reasons for taking different decisions.The decision is yours.Hope all is resolved soon x

Am really sorry for keep asking if you have done this that or the other..I am one of the fortunate ones where once i recieved a text message i got all steps to fall in to place.I really feel for you and others alike because with the situation we are in normally,we you can certainly do without the extra stress that this time can cause.I am trying to see if theres been any updates anywhere that anyone of us could of missed.xx

Hello everyone, I have been involved in a discussion like this on another site. I had a letter saying I was Highly vulnerable and to register on 23rd March. I had problems with ordering a prescription even though I normally have it delivered. It has taken six weeks to get a vulnerable persons shopping slot. However I have thus far received a food parcel each week. My prescription was delivered next day and today I am about to order another one as it says request 10 days before needed. During the 6 weeks I have received a phone call on a few occassions to check any changes & support. I have a number & email to contact local volunteers. I have actually received four advice letters todate from different government departments. This is my experience but many others have been left with no support and my lady who normally shops for me had to stop due to the rules . It has been very difficult for those who were already vulnerable or at risk as coronavirus rules have overridden all else. Many people including myself have had normal hospital & GP appointments stopped.. as well as many operations care assessments for those with changed needs have ceased also. If really concerned as to your rights I would try your local council for advice by phone or email or your GP if it is medical. Services are changing daily. Good luck to those who are still trying to clarify their position as we all have different family circumstances and health issues. Sorry this is a long one.

Hi there. I received a text this morning from NHS saying that I could open a window but couldn't go outside my property. It also said I couldn't take my rubbish out. I have already been in the house for 3 weeks but am I to understand that I can't even go on my garden now? Have you or do you know of anyone else who has had this text. I am now feeling as if I am in prison?
