I bought 400mg ibuprofen, I took one, but am now pooping blood too, suggesting internal bleeding is a problem right now, so need to contact my GP, hope to contact him tomorrow, although I have repair team due at my place tomorrow as well as my tenancy support, although I'm not comfortable with my tenancy support worker yet :(
I really hate that today was a rubbish day, despite getting out, things didn't go well, I felt alone even at the drug and alcohol project, the staff member taking arts and crafts there today wasn't very helpful, and didn't seem to understand my lack of motivation and frustration, especially when I asked for acupuncture, and he told me there wasn't time, despite there clearly being enough time, I feel on edge, I just want to sit down and cry, or better still curl up in a ball and die, I'm so pale I think I'm anaemic, I still haven't eaten properly, I just don't feel like I can.
I'm gonna take more ibuprofen now, I can't take much more, think I'm gonna have a ciggy, haven't smoked in a while, but I feel so crap, maybe at least that'll help a little, I just want to go to sleep and not wake up, I'm exhausted and it's only day 2, but first day was just spotting, so only first day of full flow, so have at least another 4-5 days of this agony and torture :(

You need to return to your GP. If you are losing vast amounts of blood then you could well be anaemic . I know that I was and was prescribed iron tablets. You need to try and calm yourself down. Focus on your breathing. Go for a walk, anything to take your mind off your issues.
Remember taking the 2 steps forward ,3 steps back approach? This is one of those times;sadly.
Don't over analyze things as it will just get you worked up inside.
How has your day gone so far?
Little by little, day by day my dear friend.
Oodles of love + hugs coming your way.
Julie

Bloated, can't sleep, and have indigestion, from it now as well as the irritation from the bleeding on my genital warts, I feel crappy from it, despite the rest of my day being pretty good :)

How are you feeling today?
Could this be time for you to get the flipping irritating warts removed?
You really are taking control of 'your life' and for that you should be proud and feel empowered.
It's foggy and miserable here. Feeling like like inside. I feel overwhelmed at the moment. I am sick of chasing my tail ; I want a new job but I want a chance of direction..to what ? I don't know at this moment.
I need variety. When doing my cleaning job I constantly tell myself that I shouldn't be doing this as I have a brain and I am wasted in there. I know that I will leave as I am sick of working 6 days plus having to return if there has been a Baptism to be cleared away after which is at 4.30, although no one actually leaves that room bang on 4.30.
I am really not a happy bunny today.
Hope that you have a 'happy day'.
Gentle hugs lovely lady.
Julie [ a grumpy lady at the moment,Hahaha]

Aww so sorry you're having a grumpy day, the warts will be removed after my holiday, I go in 10 days :)
The cleaning job sounds kind of boring and stressful, a change of direction does sound like it could be good, and a bit more stimulating :)
Hope you start having a better day :)
*great big hugs wrapped with love*

I am feeling calmer now. My son has gone out celebrating his 21st birthday; along with 20 of his friends..all dressed up as Priests, vicars and even an Archbishop..my son. They wear some lovely aftershaves, as it followed them all as they left the house.
I wouldn't say that the cleaning job is stressful but it is boring. My support work can be stressful; especially when you discover that they haven't been taking their medication for 8 days; they had cancelled their support cover plus they are deemed 'responsible' enough to self medicate,
Love + hugs,
Onward and upward. xxx

Aww sounds like you're son is out having fun, I'm glad the support work is a little stressful, I think it sounds a challenge, something to keep you on your toes, not having taken meds for 8 days is really not good, I'd be questioning their responsibility, self medicating is not always a good option, especially if they have a habit of either not taking, or taking too many of their meds, or using other substances like I used to, to self medicate
Cleaning is very boring, especially if in the same place and not varied, glad to hear you're calmer too, I'm feeling tearful tonight , despite having a really nice day out in Swansea with my best friends

Anybody else associate extreme pain from menstrual cramps with sexual abuse? Mine cause flashbacks and are so painful I get extreme nausea/vomiting, I can't eat, and crave either opiate pain killers to control the extreme pain, or unconsciousness caused any way possible, like petrol sniffing, I feel like I could hit myself around the head with a brick, or a hammer, it's so horrendously torturous, I can't sleep because of it, I want to stab my ovaries I hate it that much, why am I expected to just suffer this? I'm ba****d crying for g*ds sake :'(
