I can totally relate lovely unfortunately. Unfortunately nothing has ever really helped me, I've had counselling, CBT (have you tried CBT?) , yoga and meditation, have you been on many meds?

Have you tried writing it down? In a diary/somewhere private. I felt this helped me. Then a few people suggested I start blogging as it may help me and others. After much thought, I did and it has worked a treat. Big hugs

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is very good, especially when combined with Hypnosis and Timeline therapy(tm), I tried it and trained in it after amazing results, then got ill with major memory problems , caused by CFS/ME newly provisionally diagnosed after 6 years, once it is confirmed I will be trying it again, not sure I will ever be able to work in the field again, but that's just because It has been so long since I was able to actually work. There are some really good practitioners out there, the Irony is I Trained most of them.
Hope this helps

They have stress control courses in some parts of the UK. I don't know if they have them were you are. You go for 6 weeks and they give you the tools you need to work through things. They also give you a relaxation CD.
Exercise helps too. I went to yoga for the first time last week and it did help lift my mood for a day. Writing things down always helps. Counselling takes some of the burden off as well (speaking from personal experience).
As well: Drawing, painting, learning an instrument or taking up a new hobby like dance or something can help sometimes as well. Being able to express yourself through something like this just makes life better.
I don't know if any of this helps (Hope it does).

A hobby and keeping busy, or just finding things to do that need attending too is a great help. My hubby has got severe Bipolar and many other illnesses. When he is on a high he makes work( that he is able to do) for himself just to keep his mind off himself and, it works for him until he goes into a down mode. Keeping busy is the answer. Hubby has had a bad manic couple of weeks, this week he has been sort of ok and has made a shelf and put it in my kitchen for me.
Best Wishes to everyone
