@TessaEC I hope you're feeling better! Did the steroids help?

Hi,  was registered when baby with asthma.  They used to say it could disappear in 7 year cycles...53 now and still here!  I’ve had several stays in hospital, mainly in my teens and 20s & sometimes due to my lifestyle and not wanting to admit my asthma was there or so severe.  Been on steroids long term so have the awful thin skin now which I hate.  Having said I know keep my asthma under as much control as I can however, still have flare ups due to triggers.

I was diagnosed 30 years ago after a bad chest infection!

My asthma goes in cycles and every few years I get periods when I don’t have issues!

had lots of time in hospital lots of steroids!

past 8 months I have been on enerzair as it was decided I needed injections! Fortunately enerzair itself has sorted me! I now have not taken a blue inhaler for 8 months! Even when wheezy I have good oxy level and peak flow over 400
