Hello everyone, how are you doing?
Living with osteoarthritis can mean doing your best to avoid activities that might make pain or stiffness worse. Many people find that certain movements, like bending, lifting, or even sitting for too long, can aggravate their joints. On the other hand, some exercises and gentle movements can actually help with flexibility and reduce pain in the long run. It’s different for everyone, and finding what works can be a journey!
