does anyone have any thoughts or help on this spent the whole weekend on the internet like people do gaining info still not the same as talking to someone

had my surgery on 21st dec 2016 toremove a grade 1 neuroendocrine tumour and 2 cancerous lymph nodes removed out of the small bowel recovering at home have searched macmillan & cancer research for ideas on diet didn't seem much there NETS is also there royal free is good waiting on a referral to there attending classes at local hospice yoga relaxation ......
