Hello everyone,
How do you feel today?
Receiving a neuroendocrine tumour diagnosis can be life-changing, and managing the disease over time can be emotionally draining. The uncertainty, treatment side effects, and the ongoing need for medical follow-ups can lead to anxiety, stress, and even depression. On top of this, NETs are relatively rare, which can make it hard to find people who truly understand what you’re going through.
How do you handle the emotional ups and downs related to your diagnosis and treatment? Have you found any specific techniques, like therapy, meditation, support groups, or journaling, that help you manage stress or stay positive?
