I didn't realise until a couple of years ago, but it's stress for me. It's when I've got too much happening and cant see an end and time's running out! I very, VERY rarely have this amount of stress so fortunately they're fewer and farther between.

Hi everyone, hope you’re doing well today 😊
Migraines can be triggered by a wide range of factors: stress, hormonal changes, certain foods, sleep patterns, intense light, loud noise, and more. Identifying your personal triggers is a key step in managing migraines and improving quality of life.
💬 Let’s talk about it:
What have you identified as your main migraine triggers?
Have you made any lifestyle or environmental changes that helped reduce the frequency or intensity of your attacks?
How do you manage stress to prevent it from triggering migraines?
