Mine is definitely change in hormones, but bright lights and dehydration definitely don't help. Occasionally I'll have a migraine not related to my cycle and I think those are triggered by stress. Sometimes if someone wears a strong perfume it gives me a headache, but nothing near my migraines.

Hello everyone,
Let's talk about migraine triggers!
Do you know what causes your migraines? Is it changes in hormones? Stress? Fatigue? Dehydration? Low blood sugar? Bright lights? Certain odours? Are you able to avoid these triggers? What do you do to cope when they are unavoidable?
