I just read something that says ginger is helpful for migraines. Does that actually work? I don’t know how to say it but I never considered ginger as ‘strong’? At least when people recommend me to drink caffeine, I can feel the perk… I’d love for ginger to work but I just don’t believe. Can anyone attest to ginger helping?
