@katslondon Hello katslondon, thank you for opening this discussion. I'm sorry to hear you've been having some troublesome symptoms after your surgery. Let me tag some other members who may be able to share their experiences with you.
Hello all, how are you doing this morning? Have you had experience with surgery for lung cancer? If so, did you also have symptoms like those of katslondon? Do you have any advice to share?

I had keyhole surgery at the start of June this year, First stage lung cancer with no chemotherapy or radiotherapy post surgery. it has been 3 months since surgery but the right side of my rib cage is still very tight, I have difficulty trying to expand the rib cage fully which makes breathing somewhat difficult. Will this get better with time?
I've had ongoing digestive problems since surgery. I didn't have any digestive problems prior to surgery. I have this feeling like I have a pea stuck in my throat all the time and not matter when I do or don't eat, my stomach is rumbling all the time quite loudly, usually associated with an empty stomach and the need to eat.
The feeling in the throat puts me off eating and my appetite is still quite low, which I don't mind, on most days I eat a very small amount at breakfast and again at lunch and quite often an average size light meal early evening of quite healthy food, so that seems like a reasonable diet.
Did anyone else experience these symptoms following surgery?
