I take duloxetine, it's a mild antidepressant which has painkiller properties. It's commonly used for fibromyalgia

I take duloxetine, lyrica and slow release morphine, still have bad nights when I wake up and can't go back to sleep. I'm trying reflexology to see if she can sort of some of the pain. The weather doesn't help either as when it's damp outside my pain gets worse. Need to live in a hot country. x

Hi
I haven't been on for a while because I've been going through different things First of all my tramadol started giving me medicated banging headaches so with my doctors help I got off them and it wasn't as bad as the doctor told me it would then I came off my morphine So I've been put on Lyrica One twice a day for two weeks and now two a day I still have my bad nights where I wake up punching my arms with the pain I've to put ibuprofen gel on every night and that gives me some relief but sometimes I have to get up once or twice a night to put more on Its a viscious circle with this disease
