About your question I'm not a doctor and I recomend you to see one, but I can tell you a bit about my symptoms and how I was diagnosed. What I've experienced through my ten years of fibro has been a widespread pain and I feel tired all the time though I can't sleep very well at night becuase of the extreme pain that I have sometimes or the hughe headaches that I get. When they diagnosed me was because I had a sever pain in five different parts of my body which had been like that for the past three months, so they suspected it was fibro and did some blood testing.

So I really recomend you to see a doctor cause the pain is not pretty, I know haha.
