I am really interested in this. I find colours extremely important to me anyway, as they certainly can affect your mood. If you wear dark colours they can affect your mood and make you feel depressed.

Hello
I read this article a while back about color therapy. I think it can also be called light therapy. The premise is that seeing certain colors can help with your symptoms. In this article, it said wearing green colored glasses reduced anxiety and stress. I find this very interesting, has anyone tried or even heard of it? It sounds too good to be true...
