Hello there, yes, I can say that whenever I'm extremely stressed, anxious or nervous (and it happens rather often lately due to family problems), my blood glucose levels (and my blood pressure) rocket and I have a hard time putting it back to normal.. would like to know how others cope and what can I do to reduce the impact of stress on my health...
