Asian BBQ chicken drumsticks

Ingredients 4 Number of people
1 cup apricot jam
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup salty soy sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger (or fresh, if you have some)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
pepper, to taste
12 chicken drumsticks
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.
Mix all ingredients for the BBQ sauce and add the chicken. If I have time, I let the chicken marinate for a few hours, but it is not a must.
Place drumsticks in baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for roughly 45mins. Baste with extra BBQ sauce several times during cooking.
Notes/Tips
Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds for a little extra flavour.
