I have found this medication to have been really helpful in helping with my sleep cycle. I have stayed at 50mg a night for quite a few years now & it still works effectively. The pain clinic I attended advised upto 75mg but I found I had very dry mouth at that level, so have stuck to 50mg.

I was previously on Amitryptiline but found it only made me feel very drugged & sluggish and that was on a dose of 10mg!
