I do my own injection every other day. If I try and extend it further I get neurological symptoms back and I can’t walk in a straight line.

I have my injection every 4 weeks, l went on a medical trial at Cranfield  University for over 2 year's. Not everyone that was on the trial needed their B12 monthly. I used to have it every 3 months that was so awful.  Even though it's monthly l know at least a week before as I'm so tired all the time, no energy, I'm an energetic person but when your body just has not got the energy, to do what has to be done, believe me it's heartbreaking. What with similar feelings of Fibromyalgia, together, some days I do think, what with this and the awful pain that just will not let up, my GP is not very helpful trying to reduce the amount of pain killers l take, l can't manage now, I just don't know what to do, the pain at night keeps me awake,  I've started going out during the night, for some reason, just walking helps, maybe because l spend my time thinking, maybe I'm so wrapped up in my thoughts l don't notice the Pain, l don't know, if the pain was to stop or even reduce somewhat, then maybe l could cope, this really is no way to spend your remaining years

You know when you need your injection you seem to have lost all your oomph, I have my injection every 8weeks but I first started every 12weeks as far as I'm aware I'm on it for life, the injection itself isn't the nicest I won't lie but it's over very quickly
