I take 2 amitriptyline at night as this helps with my anxiety ,PTSD. Low moods depression, also it is supposed to help me sleep but since I have had breast cancer I still finding it hard to sleep I do take cat naps in the day but it does help me get through the day but sometimes I get very depressed over the least little thing especially if I dont here from my kids I do find it hard .tiger
