Just to let everyone now i suffered for 30yrs with psoriasis in agony every day n night , but the best thing i ever tried was my reflexologist suggested using a popsock and porridge oats in my bath , it sends yr bath water like milk , just get in relax n was with whatever you use bur nothing containing alcohol then rinse it off , then grab the popsock full of porridge oats n wipe your psoriasis patches , it soothes them n takes the plaque away , and if you keep using it it will bring your skin back as soft as baby skin . plus eat porridge for breakfast it works from the inside out then when you was with it it works from the outside in . GIVE IT A TRY YOU WONT REGRET IT . Neil . keepsafe xx

@Neil1964 I wish that would work for my nail psoriasis! I've thought about painting my nails to cover it but I think that may just draw more stares from people.

When psoriasis is visible, the way others look at you can be a real problem that can lead to feelings of shame, social withdrawal and even depression. What are the psychosocial consequences of your psoriasis?
Thank you in advance for sharing! :)
All the best,
