Hi I am now gluten free, and dairy free. Since psa became a big part of my life..there are many foods I can't tolerate anymore, I now also have ibs pretty bad..but I don't mind my diet now..but do miss cheese very much,. As growing up I could eat blocks of cheese and drink pints of milk..now it's like acid even the tiniest portion..when making pasta even my family now prefer it, (gluten free) as they don't feel so bloated and heavy after a meal..

I have been on a Gluten free diet for three years now and I am doing well on it. I drink lactose free milk which is very nice. I would recommend using a pre-biotic Inulin - this is very good for gut health and for sleep quality. You can buy this in powder form on Amazon and other sites. I take a couple of spoon full with Amazon Rio Graviola tea with honey before going to bed and this has improved my sleep and digestion a lot.

Some studies have shown that 25% of people suffering with psoriasis also have celiac disease, or gluten intolerance, which means that going on a gluten-free diet can help reduce inflammation.
Have you ever tried gluten-free diet and if yes, how did it work out for you?
If you have never went gluten-free, would you be willing to give it a try, and why?
In any case, please consult your doctor before taking any decision.
