@Moongate Hi,
Yes my eyes at times are very much affected by sugar levels over the years. Just one off the effects I use to identfy my blood levels instead of sticking needles in me, so quite useful at times!

Its good in a way as at least it is a sign that either blood sugar levels are too high or too low.

@Moongate @robjmckinney Ah yes that happens to me sometimes too! I asked my eye doctor about it once and he said it's because blood sugars make your lens swell when it's too high. I know it's not good, but it just amazes me how the body works sometimes!

Hi everybody,
Recently I've been starting to really get my blood sugar under control thanks to my medication and the efforts I've been putting into my diet, but what worries me is that I always have higher blood sugar in the morning... Is this something I should be worried about?
Thanks in advance to anyone who answers! xx
