My wrists, fingers, in general my hands. They are in so much pain and it makes me feel sad. I used to do lots of things with my hands, cook, paint.... and now I have to ask help for everyhting, even typing sometimes on the computer. But on my good days I profit and do as much as I can by myself

My feet are the worst at the moment. I have very bad pain in my heels. It's fine when I'm sitting but when I get up to walk. One foot is worse than the other..I have flat feet and I were arches. I do get some pain in the tops of my feet and have got bonie lumps. Any suggestions. Thank you sue.

My hands, legs and hips at the moment. if I walk around it eases up a little, but just sitting for ten minutes and I've seized up. Catch 22

Which are your most affected joints? Has the inflammation extended to new joints over time?
Thanks for sharing! :)
