Do you meal prep? I try to, because I know it is helpful and mid-week I would love to not have to worry about it. But I find it so difficult. I usually go for pre-packaged salads and sandwiches. But I think they have a bunch of salt and hidden ingredients that might not be good for my Crohn's. What foods do you plan and make?
