@Chappy65 Hello Chappy65, thank you for starting this discussion. I think many members may be feeling the same way. This is such a stressful time for those of us with respiratory conditions.
Hello members, I hope you don't mind me tagging you. How are you doing during self-isolation? Are you feeling stressed like Chappy? What are you doing to keep busy or keep your mind on other things?

Stressed, depressed and anxious.
I've done a lot of knitting, gardening and odd jobs around house. What is doing me in more than anything else is the fact I can't go out for a ride ( motorbike) , it is mt form of stress relief and stops me feeling so down

I actually have anxiety, i,m on amitriptyline which helps me get to sleep, but i do get some days when my anxiety rears it's little head lol, but to stop this getting out of control, i ring my family, play games on my phone, watch all the films on netflix that I've never had time to watch, due to working, think i,m going to have netflix withdrawal symptoms when i have to go back to work lol, but it's the eating for me, ate to.much since i have been off work, so I've just ordered a hoola hoop so i can do some sort of exercise without getting out of breath. So i am copping and I've been doing this lockdown since 12th march, as that's when my work place closed down, i refuse to let this get to me xx
