Constant neck, shoulder and back pain is a nightmare and some people do not understand how this can lead to headaches, joint pain, irritability, depression and more. Unless a person struggles or suffers with the pain themselves, they do not understand how ones moods can be affected in the interim.

Hello everyone,
How are you feeling today?
Living with chronic pain is often misunderstood by those who don’t experience it first-hand. It can affect every part of your life, from work and relationships to just getting through daily activities. But sometimes, the invisible nature of chronic pain makes it hard for others to understand what you’re really going through.
What’s one thing you wish people knew or understood better about living with chronic pain? Have you found effective ways to educate others or advocate for yourself?
