How do you track your blood pressure? Have you tried to track your bp with a wearable electronic device like this Aktiia? Would you try it?

Yes I've bought two of these devices which were very good as an indicator along with other symptoms. I bought cheap ones as a tester but found the batteries don't last long been again ideal for being out and about. I will be investing in a more expensive model to see if they last a little longer but they did last about a year with regular charging.
The down side is resetting them after the battery dies I can't get my head round mobiles and such devices.

I have started using a wearable device from Aktiia. It is a simple bracelet band, no need to inflate a cumbersome cuff. It measures my blood pressure and I can easily track it throughout the day (tracked 12 times). Just constantly being aware of my bp has helped me better manage my hypertension.
