Hello Aaliyah
I totaly get you, after all my problems and my surgery my parents treated me as if I was made out of glass. It is true that when your heart is fragile you have to take extra care of things but the doctor told me and my folks that the heart is also a muscle and if it doesn't 'excersice' then it is also in danger. So he adviced me to take good care of what I eat, even though I don't like it I eat super healthy now and he send me to yoga classes to relax adn keep my stress level at the minimum, in this way, he told me, it is much less probable to have a problem even if you make a normal life. So I would advice you to take care of them, but don't take away everything, he might feel even useless and can affect him also. Help him by cooking him healthy stuff and maybe if he doesn't want to go to yoga or other relaxing thing you can go with him, that is what my brother did for me. It seems you are a great wife and I congratulate you, don't be afraid and just hep your husband to change his ife style wise eating and sport and I am sure everything will be fine.

Hello. My husband suffered from a heart attack a year ago and had angioplasty. Since then I have been so worried about him. The doctor said he is doing well and can be active, but I can't seem to shake the fear of something happening again. I will not let him do the garden work, cleaning, the groceries etc. Also I am worried about being intimate with him. How do I move on? My husband has, why can't I seem to? Does this sound familiar to anyone? Advice would be amazing! I want to be supportive and I don't wish to treat him like a fragile porcelain doll, but that is what is happening.
