Hello,
How are things for you now? Have you started the counselling? Looking after someone with health problems is very hard to do especially on your own.
Take care of yourself.

Hello
I feel so tried all the time, I care for my husband who has mental health problems and I cope by keeping busy, I swim twice a week and go to an exercise class, I also belong to craft groups.
I am going to start counselling, today I went for an assessment and will probably start after Christmas.
I also have a problem with comforting which I really need to combat this, I lost 3 stones over 3 years and I dread putting it back on.
