I don't like crowds in fact I don't like humans really I find them cruel nasty people. I like to be on my own exempt for my dog .my dog is my best friend I don't need end thing else .but I do get lonely I must admit.but my illness stops me from acociateing with people and it's horrible to live with .I don't trust a single human being it's as simple as the really .that's my illness again .I hope heaven is a much better place and then I will be free of this terrible illness .

Hi bigbear, I hope that you are having a comparatively good day?
Depression really does suck. I don't think that anyone can understand how truly awful it is unless they have actually had first hand experience. I had 3+ years of very dark days but I am over that horrendous period of my life, although I do still have down days and still take medication. My partner who is terminally ill along with a lot of other horrible issues resulting in him being in hospital for weeks due to severe depression is now trying to work out why he feels as low as he does? He has spent the afternoon crying. It is heartbreaking but it is a path he has to take with no get out passes. Thankfully the mental health team came out and are now putting things in place.
It is hard when you are feeling absolutely as low as you can to ever see any positives but stick with it and you can get to were you wish to be. Little by little; day by day.
Take care.

Oh Dear Haze, What an eventful day you had yesterday!!
I can always remember slipping at a road crossing whilst the lights were on red. I was mortified looking at passengers looking down on me. I couldn't get up fast enough and walking on despite really wanting to look at my wounds and cry.
It is a good job that we can laugh at ourselves. although it was while before I found the above funny.
Hope that you are ok today?
xx

People don't understand depression unless they have been through it .they just haven't got the slightest clue
