I am making and donating to keyworkers, to cover costs I've been selling some too. I think it gives piece of mind and, although evidence may show they give more protection to others, if we all wear them then we are all helping to protect ourselves and eachother.

I ordered some masks, but my daughter has anxiety, and feels that she wouldnt be able to wear a mask, as it could make her panic, once she feels hot, I again also have difficulty wearing a mask, especially when it is placed under the chin, and also find it hard breathing with it on, but we can manage to wear a face shield, which we brought off of ebay, do you think these will be allowed on public transport, also my husband has asthma, so although he wouldnt need a mask, he could wear a face shield without any difficulty, so again , would they be able to be used on public transport

I also admit I suffer from claustrophobia and congestion which has been brought on through epileptic seizures. I could not wear a mask in the event of a seizure and suffering respiratory problems. During a seizure I've always been put on oxygen when necessary and this makes me scared of wearing a mask.
I'm not sure whether face shields would be allowed on bus and rail transport, but there's no harm in asking your local transport operators. If one doesn't ask, one never knows.

Sometimes if the mask rides up too much on my face towards my eyes it affects my anxiety and I have a hard time concentrating on what I'm doing. It must be a claustrophobic effect. I had to run to catch the bus the other day to get to the shops and it was horrible panting for air while the thing stuck to my mouth and nose. But I guess it's the "new normal"?

I have bought an N95 mask from The Peoples Poncho as I am also very sensitive to pollen. As I wear spectacles, the other mask I was using caused them to steam up! Much better with a mask with breathing valves. It's an absolute god send at the moment.

Hello everyone,
I hope you're doing well.
As the discussions continue on the end of the COVID-19 lockdown and social distancing measures, you may have some questions about the use of protective face masks.
We've made a little guide to help us all learn how to properly use and wear a mask! Take a look at it below!
Have you been able to obtain any masks for you and your loved ones? Where did you find them? Do you currently or are you planning on using them every time you go out?
Feel free to share with us here! We're here to help on another, especially in this time of public health crisis.
Take care,
Courtney
