A spider treat. A very simple Halloween treat is covering a marshmallow with chocolate and then using a cocktail stick make three holes all the way through and thread through some red liquorice strings for legs and make eyes as you see fit with either icing blobs or sprinkles or bits of glacΓ© cherries.

@Rahul.R We don't celebrate Halloween in our house, it's got to be far too Americanised here in the UK and I don't agree with the way it's become as huge as Christmas.
We do have favourite shops at this time of year though. Squash and red pepper soup is a favourite with warm, buttered, crusty bread.

@Rahul.R We don't celebrate Halloween either here in our house in Northern Ireland. Its lovely to see how some people have decorated their gardens and windows with ghosts, skeletons and more.
Some of the recipes included look good!

I made this recipe last halloween and my son adores it! Here it goes-
Spooky Cake Pops
Dessert
30-40 mins
Store bought plain sponge cake, chocolate cookies (i used oreos) 100g white chocolate, 100g dark chocolate, 10 wooden skewers, strawberry jam for garnishing and decoration
Break the cake and the cookies and mix in a food processor. Pour in the white chocolate and mix properly. Then use hands to make them into small balls. Poke a skewer into each cake pop and make them spooky by using the strawberry jam.
As sweet as it sounds :)

I like making this sometimes for my family but it is easy to add a spooky twist.
Name- Boolicious Pizza
Main course
Time- 30 mins
Ingredirnnts- Pizza base, tomato sauce, sundried tomato, olive oil, pepperony (optional), mozzarella slices, olices
Preparation- Spread the sauce on the base along with the pepperony, sundried tomatoes and the mozzarella and a touch of olive oil. Pop into oven for 7 mins at 210deg and then cut the mozzarella into spooky shapes like ghosts. Take the pizza out and add the mozza cheese. Pop into the oven for 8 mins at 210 degrees and voila! cut olives into eyes for the cheese ghosts and you have a boolicious pizza.

Hello everyone.
How are you today? π
Halloween is a festival that comes to us from the Anglo-Saxons and takes place on the evening of 31 October, the day before All Saints' Day. The tradition is that houses are decorated, children are dressed up and ready to ring the doorbells of their neighbours asking for sweets.
To put us in a monstrous but benevolent mood of pumpkins, ghosts and sweets, we suggest you take part in our competition.
What's the best Halloween recipe? π°
From 21 to 31 October inclusive, you can submit your best recipes which will be submitted to a select jury, our Ambassador Members.Β
3 of you will have the opportunity to have your recipe published in our Health Magazine in the Recipes section.Β
Some compulsory information will be necessary for your recipe to be complete such as :Β
After 31 October, together with the jury, we will choose the 3 winners and announce them in the following days! Finally, the 3 recipes will be published π.
Would you like to participate?Β
Then don't hesitate, share your best recipes with us in the comments below π
Are you ready? Get your aprons!
