Christmas is always a quiet time for us due to being miles away from family members, and all based in different countries.
My dog is the one who gets spoilt; a lovely large bone all wrapped up! After getting the acquired smell, he loves tearing the paper to see what's inside!
Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas and all the best for a healthy and happy 2019!

So, I think we could all use some ideas for Christmas gifts. Can anyone share what their favourite Christmas gift of all time was? How about the worst gift you ever received?
My favourite: a very nice silk tie I still use from a special person
My least-favourite: probably a Christmas pudding I received that's still in the cupboard 7 years later! (It's the thought that counts though)

@Michael_B ... A good question!
This is a difficult one to remember, due to memory loss from anti-epileptic medication over 46 years!
However, going back to gifts over the last few years, my favourite was receiving the Huawei Mate 20 Lite mobile phone last year, i.e. 2018! This has been a wonderful mobile phone, the operating system is Android and it does all I need it to do, i.e. social media, apps and more!
My least favourite is always receiving bottles of red wine. Due to my epilepsy, I do not drink, very seldom did when I was younger and if so, drank the occasional glass of white wine and soda. Unfortunately, the bottles sit in the cupboard year after year!
Wishing everyone on Carenity a great Christmas and all the best for 2020! May it be a healthy year for us all!
Thank you to all your Team for everything you have done and continue to do!

@lesmal Thanks Les for your well wishes and I hope you have a lovely holiday and happy new year!
It's true that red wine for a non-drinker isn't exactly ideal. Perhaps you could gift it to someone else :)

I got a makeup kit from a client once - I'm a bloke. I'm not sure if it was a mixup (I opened the gift later, at home), but it gave me a good laugh. I ended up giving it to my niece.

My worse was a box of Yoirkshire tea bags. My best one was a cheque of £400.00 and a lot of love from my husband.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New year everyone.
