@JosephineO For me I became very, very tired but it was a long journey to being diagnosed. They did many tests before saying I had NASH.
I had occasional pain in my abdomen but it was certainly fatigue that I experienced the most.

I had numerous signs and symptoms just to name a few: my eyes had a yellow tinge, gastric problems and liver function blood tests were high (ALT and Gamma G T).
After having done: Fibroscan, Abdominal Ultrasound Scan, MRI Scan with Contrast and then finally a Liver Biopsy - after all results were in, I saw the Liver Specialist who told me quite sternly to get my diet and diabetes under control or I would be going on the Liver Transplat List.

Hello,
Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is known for having little to no symptoms. When symptoms do occur they usually consist of an enlarged liver, pain in the upper right abdomen or fatigue.
What symptoms did you experience before being diagnosed with NASH?
